File-size limits matter: uploads get rejected when the file is too big. The strictest common limit is Shopee at 30MB; Etsy is 100MB (and strips audio, 5–15s only), eBay 150MB / 60s. Export under the limit of wherever you’re posting.

About clean-up: it denoises and sharpens soft footage, but can’t invent detail that isn’t there — a tiny, very blurry clip won’t become true HD.
