The short version: EcomSellerKit does not sell credits, subscriptions, or paid plans. Because there are no purchases on EcomSellerKit, there is no refund workflow for the site. If you believe a third-party service charged you while using a link from our site, contact that provider directly and email us so we can investigate the link.

1. Free site

EcomSellerKit tools are free to use and do not require a purchase. Most tools run locally in your browser; server-assisted tools only process the files you choose to upload for that tool.

2. No refund workflow

We do not offer credit packs, subscriptions, paid plans, or checkout on EcomSellerKit. That means there are no EcomSellerKit charges to reverse and no refund request workflow for the site.

3. Third-party services

Some pages may link to external marketplaces, platforms, or reference resources. Those external services are not operated by EcomSellerKit. If a third-party site charges you, its own terms and support process apply.

4. If something looks wrong

If you see a page or link that appears to ask for money under the EcomSellerKit name, please email support@ecomsellerkit.com with the page URL and a screenshot if possible. We will review it.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence. Since EcomSellerKit does not take payments, any such rights relating to an external transaction should be raised with the provider that processed it.
