These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EcomSellerKit website and tools at ecomsellerkit.com (the "Service"), operated by Wei Yu, a sole proprietor (individual) trading as "EcomSellerKit" ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

EcomSellerKit provides browser-based tools to help e-commerce sellers prepare and optimize product images and other listing assets. The tools are free. Most run locally in your browser, so those files are not uploaded to us; server-assisted tools only process the files you choose to upload for that tool and delete them afterward. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.

2. Your content and acceptable use

Our tools are intended for use with content that you own or have permission to edit. Any unauthorized use of these tools for copyright infringement is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for the images and other content you process with the Service and for ensuring you have all necessary rights to do so. You agree that you will not use the Service to:

infringe, misappropriate or violate any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights;
remove, alter or obscure another party's ownership, attribution or watermark in order to misrepresent authorship or evade rights protections;
create, edit or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, deceptive, or harmful, or that violates the rules of any marketplace on which you publish;
process content depicting minors inappropriately, or any content that is illegal in your jurisdiction; or
misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and with the terms of any third-party marketplace where you upload or share your output.

3. Free use

EcomSellerKit does not sell credits, subscriptions, paid plans, or checkout on this site. The current free tools are listed on our Free Tools page.

Because the site has no purchases, our Refund Policy explains that there is no EcomSellerKit refund workflow. If an external site linked from EcomSellerKit charges you, that provider's own terms and support process apply.

4. Intellectual property

Your content stays yours. We claim no ownership over the files you process. For local tools we never receive your files; for server-assisted tools we process the file only to produce your result and delete it afterward, and we do not use it to train AI models. Our materials stay ours. The Service, including its software, design, text, logos and the "EcomSellerKit" name, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms.

5. No professional or legal advice

The Service and any guidance on the site (including descriptions of what is or isn't appropriate use) are provided for general information only and do not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. You use the Service at your own risk and are responsible for keeping your own backups of your files.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will EcomSellerKit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed USD 50.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EcomSellerKit from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your content or your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (the operator's place of residence), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
