The short version: EcomSellerKit is a free site with no accounts, credits, subscriptions, purchases, or payment processing. Our tools run locally in your browser whenever possible. If a tool needs server assistance, it only processes the file you choose for that tool and deletes it afterward. We never sell your data.

1. Who we are

EcomSellerKit ("EcomSellerKit", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website at ecomsellerkit.com (the "Service"), a free set of browser-based tools that help cross-border e-commerce sellers prepare product images and other listing assets. You can reach us at support@ecomsellerkit.com.

2. How your files are handled

Browser-first processing. Most of our tools — converting, compressing, resizing, splitting images and similar — run entirely in your browser. When you select a file it is loaded into your browser's memory on your own computer and processed there. The file is not transmitted to our servers, and we have no access to its contents. When you close or refresh the page, that data is discarded.

Server-assisted tools. Some tools may require server assistance for processing that cannot practically run in the browser. When you use one of these, only the specific file you choose is transmitted to the processing server, transformed, and returned to you. We do not use your files to train models, we do not share them with third parties for their own purposes, and we delete them from the processing server promptly after your result is generated.

3. Information we collect

You can use EcomSellerKit without creating an account. We do not sell credits, subscriptions, paid plans, or purchases on this site. We may process:

Files you choose for a tool: browser-only tools keep files on your device. Server-assisted tools receive only the files you select for that tool and delete them promptly after processing.
Contact and feedback form data: if you email us or submit a feedback/contact form, we receive the information you provide, such as your email address, message, selected rating, page context, and any details you choose to include so we can respond and improve the site.
Server and network logs: your IP address, browser type and version, device/operating system, the pages you request, referring page, and date/time of access. This is used to operate the Service, keep it secure, and diagnose problems.
Security & delivery data: our content-delivery and security provider (see Section 5) processes request data to serve the site quickly and protect it from abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

The Service does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Because EcomSellerKit has no accounts or paid checkout, we do not use login, billing, or checkout cookies. Our security/CDN provider may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. These are not used to profile you for advertising.

5. Third-party providers

We use a small number of providers to run the Service. They act on our behalf and process only the data needed for their function:

Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery network and security. Cloudflare processes connection/request data to deliver and protect the site.
Our hosting provider — stores the website's static files, supports any server-assisted tools, and serves requests.
Contact and feedback form provider — delivers the messages you choose to send through our forms so we can read and respond to them.

Our pages may link to external websites or third-party services. If you follow an external link, that site is responsible for its own privacy practices. If we add further features or providers, we will update this policy and disclose them before they take effect.

6. How long we keep data

Images sent to server-assisted tools are deleted from the processing server promptly after your result is generated; we do not retain them. Images used with browser-only tools never reach us at all. Technical logs are retained only for as long as needed to operate and secure the Service, and are then deleted or anonymized.

7. International users

The Service is available globally and our infrastructure may process data in countries other than your own. By using the Service you understand that data may be handled in this way, consistent with this policy.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact support@ecomsellerkit.com.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
